At Elinous, we developed for our client Pointshoot Target the evolution of their platform, adapting their existing technology and scaling it into an offline mobile solution for the auditing and management of points of sale (POS), with control over stock, pricing, product display, and in-field brand execution.
Pointshoot Target already had a relevant web-based solution for its operation, but needed to evolve its technology to address the challenges of fieldwork. The objective was to incorporate offline mobile capabilities that would allow audits to be carried out efficiently, without relying on connectivity, while maintaining consistency in the information.
At Elinous, we worked on their existing platform, enhancing it without replacing their systems, enabling a natural transition aligned with their operation.
One of the main challenges was adapting the solution to the reality of fieldwork, where supervisors and trade marketing teams must operate efficiently across multiple points of sale (POS). We designed a user experience focused on simplicity and speed, allowing audits to be carried out in a structured and frictionless way.
The mobile application works without an internet connection, allowing users to record information, capture photographic evidence, and complete reviews from any location, ensuring autonomy and consistency in each visit.
All collected information is consolidated into a centralized system, facilitating analysis and decision-making. As a result, companies can detect stock shortages in a timely manner, monitor compliance with commercial agreements, evaluate in-store execution, and maintain consistency in brand image, transforming field operations into a key source of strategic information.
The system was evolved on a RESTful API-based architecture, enabling efficient communication between the mobile application and the existing services of our client’s platform, ensuring consistency and scalability in data management.
On the backend, Laravel 12 in PHP was used, adapting business logic and audit structures to new requirements. The solution was integrated with Pointshoot Target’s existing database, respecting its structure and avoiding the need to replace previous systems.
The mobile application was developed using Ionic with Angular, enabling a cross-platform solution for Android and iOS, published in the official app stores of each platform. This app allows users to record audits, capture photographic evidence, and operate without an internet connection, synchronizing information automatically once connectivity is restored.
The resulting architecture allows our client to continue scaling their platform, incorporating new functionalities and continuously improving their operation.
At Elinous, we supported our client Pointshoot Target in the evolution of their platform, successfully scaling their technological solution into an offline mobile environment, key for field operations. This development improved data quality, optimized operational processes, and strengthened control over execution at points of sale.
Today, Pointshoot Target has a more robust solution, prepared to continue growing by incorporating new capabilities that respond to business needs and those of its clients.

Pointshoot was already a relevant web-based solution, but we needed an offline mobile app for fieldwork. The Elinous team quickly integrated into our technology, developing this new layer without affecting operations. Today, we have a more robust and scalable platform that allows us to improve control over our points of sale and continue growing.
