The platform was designed for all types of organizations that need to collect payments regularly. Its users include sports and social clubs, schools, colleges, preparatory academies, gyms, accounting offices, dental clinics, foundations, corporations, and trade or professional associations. It has also been adopted by real estate agencies and companies selling land, enabling the management of installment payments, such as down payments or internal fees. Thanks to its adaptable design, Membrezia has been able to adjust to various sectors and operational realities.
From its initial design, Membrezia focused on a simple user experience centered on the needs of its different profiles. For organizations, a clear web interface was created that allows scheduling automatic payments, issuing receipts, managing users, and viewing real-time reports, all without requiring advanced technical knowledge.
Members and partners can pay from any device and receive automatic reminders via email and WhatsApp. In addition, digital credentials compatible with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are customizable and configurable for each organization, improving the experience and professionalism.
The design was validated with Design Thinking principles, incorporating improvements based on real feedback to ensure an efficient and reliable platform.
The development of Membrezia is based on a modern and scalable architecture designed to support a high volume of users and operations. The backend was mainly built with Laravel, complemented by Express.js on Node.js for specific microservices. Angular 16 and Angular 19 are used on the frontend, depending on the module and its update level.
Data management is done with MongoDB and MySQL, adapting to the structural and query needs of each component. For file storage, Cloudflare R2 is implemented, while Cloudflare Workers are used for deployment with SSR (Server Side Rendering) in the booking module, improving performance and SEO.
Additionally, the servers are hosted on Hetzner, ensuring stability and scalability. For automated communication, the WhatsApp API and Elastic Email were integrated, facilitating notifications and alerts to users. Ploid is also used as part of the technological infrastructure, adding value to the system’s internal processes.

The software continues to grow daily, incorporating new modules according to market needs. Furthermore, it has established strategic agreements with social and sports clubs, strengthening its community. Currently, it has international clients and has been adapted to the tax frameworks of different Latin American countries, consolidating its regional presence.
